4.3.1　The model，specifications，quality，quantity and performance of raw materials and standard elements shall conform to the requirements of the design technical document or current national product standards.Acceptance shall be performed upon mobilization with corresponding record made.In case reinspection is specified in the design technical document or related national standards，re-inspection shall be performed as specified.

Quantity to be checked:Check all of quality certification documents.Randomly check 1% of actual products（not less than five pieces）.

Inspection method:Check the quality certification documents，re-inspection record and acceptance record；appearance inspection or actual measurement.
